Accounts Receivable Assistant

Posses SPM certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Post Graduate or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- At least 2-3 years of working experiences in Finance/Accounting is preferred.
- Familiar with general accounting is an added advantage.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with accounting software such as SQL Accounting Software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coordination across departments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
- Immediate availability or short notice is preferred.
- Assist in handling accounting entries such as receipts, payments, and invoices.
- Manage the day-to-day processing of transactions in an efficient, accurate, and up-to-date manner.
- Support month-end closing activities and preparation of basic journals.
- Maintain proper filing of accounts and documents.
- Carry out administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
- Report to superior on issues or discrepancies promptly.
