Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic and service-driven individual who is passionate about delivering an exceptional member experience. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact at the club, creating a welcoming and professional environment for members and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service at all touchpoints
- Welcome members and guests in a warm, friendly manner
- Handle enquiries, requests and concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with membership matters (account updates, freezes, cancellations, payments)
- Manage front desk operations including phone calls and bookings
- Ensure members receive accurate and clear information about club promos/updates
- Record and escalate complaints when necessary for timely resolution
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
- Support member retention efforts through positive service interactions
- SPM / Diploma / relevant experience in customer service preferred
- Strong customer service mindset, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication: face-to-face and over the phone
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Fast learner, punctual, reliable, and attentive to details
- Team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge
- Able to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays
