Internship Graphic Designer

Graphic Design & Visual Production:

• Develop event-related visual materials such as key visuals (KV), posters, stage backdrops, directional graphics, and other collateral designs.
• Design online promotional assets including social media visuals, digital posters, web banners, and related content.
• Execute designs in accordance with brand guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Motion Graphics & Video Content Creation:

• Produce motion-based content such as video edits, animated posters, promotional videos, logo animations, and LED screen visuals.
• Perform post-production tasks including editing, color correction, subtitles, and basic sound adjustments as required.

On-Site Content Capture (as required by projects):

• Capture essential photos and video footage during events for recap videos and promotional use.
• Document key event moments, guest interactions, and venue setups.

Creative Ideation & Team Collaboration:

• Assist the creative and planning teams in developing visual concepts, content ideas, and stylistic directions.
• Coordinate with production and project management teams to ensure all designs align with event requirements.

Additional Duties:

• Complete assigned design tasks according to project timelines.
• Support on-site event needs, including real-time adjustments or occasional extended hours during event periods.

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent creative software.

• High level of responsibility, professionalism, and commitment to design quality.
• Ability to adapt to the fast-paced nature of the event industry with strong time management.
• Proactive, cooperative, and eager to learn and grow within the team.
