What you'll do:

As a Senior Operation Resilience Analyst, you will immerse yourself in the day-to-day operation of a global business continuity programme. Your role will involve close collaboration with diverse teams across the organisation as you help shape strategies that protect essential services from disruption.

• Collaborate with business partners across all areas of the enterprise to identify recovery requirements and implement effective strategies that meet recovery time objectives.
• Support the development, socialisation, adoption, and consistent implementation of frameworks, policies, processes, and standards within operational resilience.
• Lead the creation and validation of actionable recovery plans by conducting regular testing exercises such as table-top simulations and awareness training sessions for staff.
• Record issues and risks related to business continuity activities, tracking them through remediation to ensure ongoing compliance with internal standards.
• Work closely with legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure alignment between operational resilience initiatives and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback from stakeholders at various levels of management and incorporating lessons learned into future planning cycles.
• Prepare detailed reports on operational resilience activities for senior management review, highlighting progress against strategic objectives.
• Coordinate critical activities during continuity exercises or real events to ensure seamless execution of recovery efforts across multiple business units.

What you bring:

To excel as a Senior Operation Resilience Analyst in this forward-thinking organisation, your background should include hands-on experience designing or executing operational resilience frameworks encompassing crisis management planning, business continuity planning, impact analysis, and disaster recovery solutions.

• Demonstrated experience with operational resilience frameworks including crisis management planning (CMP), business continuity planning (BCP), business impact analysis (BIA), and disaster recovery (DR).
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a global team environment while building strong relationships with peers and stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Excellent analytical skills combined with effective problem-solving abilities that enable you to prioritise tasks efficiently under pressure.
• Outstanding communication skills in English—both written and verbal—enabling clear interaction with colleagues at all organisational levels.
• Full proficiency with Google applications such as Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, enabling efficient documentation and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job-related experience in a relevant field such as risk management or information technology.
• Certification from recognised organisations such as DRII or BCI is highly desirable for demonstrating advanced knowledge in business continuity planning principles.
• Strong project management skills including task identification, project planning, scope understanding for recovery efforts, coordination during exercises or events, and proficiency with required tools.
• Experience applying business continuity principles at staff, management, and executive levels within complex organisations.
