- Skills:

- Ensure accurate data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and handle export permits (SKV) and related documentation.
- Renew tenancy agreements and liaise with landlords/property owners for smooth renewals.
- Act as the primary contact for government agencies (e.g., DVS, Land Survey, KPDNKK) and external stakeholders (agents, consultants, contractors).
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to align operations with organizational goals.
- Assist the Human Resources Department as needed.
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by superiors.
