Education: Diploma in any field.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in administration (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).

  • Renew tenancy agreements and liaise with landlords/property owners for smooth renewals.
  • Act as the primary contact for government agencies (e.g., DVS, Land Survey, KPDNKK) and external stakeholders (agents, consultants, contractors).
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to align operations with organizational goals.
  • Assist the Human Resources Department as needed.
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by superiors.
