Internship in Business Development & system tranformation

Assist in mapping and improving current business workflows, including sales, project management, and operations processes
- Support implementation of new business systems such as CRM, project tracking tools, and internal dashboards
- Help organize, migrate, and maintain data across business platforms
- Assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal processes
- Support tracking of sales enquiries, customer database updates, and pipeline monitoring
- Assist in preparing reports and dashboards for management insights
- Support marketing improvement initiatives including campaign tracking, data organization, and performance analysis
- Assist in organizing marketing materials and improving workflow efficiency
- Conduct market and competitor research to support business development strategies
- Provide general support to the management team in business development and system improvement projects
- Participate in internal meetings and assist with coordination of tasks across departments
- Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Information Systems, Entrepreneurship, or related fields
- Strong interest in business operations, process improvement, and digital systems
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative
- Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an added advantage)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets is required
- Familiarity with project management or CRM tools is an advantage but not required
