Job Description
- To handle Sales Administration function relation to on-going, under construction projects and completed projects.
- To ensure that all SPAs and loan documents are executed on a timely basis.
- Coordinate with agents/ purchasers/ bankers and lawyers for SPA Execution.
- Prepare and issuance of progressive billings, reminders and receipts.
- Monitor/ensure timely billing and collection.
- Follow-up on loan documentation status with purchasers, bankers and solicitors.
- To ensure proper filing and accuracy of info updated in IFCA system.
- Attend to purchaser’s/solicitors enquires, concerns in courteous and professional manner.
- Bachelor Degree holder.
- At least 2 years working experience in property development.
- Knowledge in HDA.
- Good in IFCA and Microsoft office.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Result oriented, independent and able to work in a team.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Melayu.
