Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and material flow
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-precision environment
- Monitor and control inventory integrity, product identification, and location systems across the site
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Oversee physical inventory counts, cycle counts, random audits, and reconciliations
- Track and report non-conforming products, including aged, scrap, and damaged inventory
- Ensure proper documentation and control of inventory-related issues
- Initiate preventive actions to avoid non-conformities in products, processes, and quality systems
- Perform regular stock counts and reconcile inventory differences
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth stock flow
- Track stock movements, including inbound, outbound, returns, and transfers
