- Key Responsibilities:
As an Account professional, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and maintaining accurate financial records.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Full Set of Accounts Management: Oversee and manage the complete accounting cycle, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (G/L) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Accounting Systems Proficiency: Utilize and manage two accounting systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient processing.
- Financial Reconciliation and Analysis: Conduct monthly bank reconciliations, perform detailed monthly financial analysis, and manage daily check issuance and collections.
- Management Reporting: Prepare and submit timely and accurate management reports according to established deadlines, providing insights into financial performance.
- Ageing Report Management: Maintain and update monthly ageing reports, ensuring accurate tracking of outstanding receivables and payables.
- Operational Accounting Support: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including meticulous record-keeping and filing systems.
- Ad-hoc Assignments: Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments as required, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
- Team Collaboration: Provide assistance to superiors as needed, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
