- Can communicate in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Patience and empathy when dealing with different types of customers
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations.
- Generate sales and contribute to revenue growth.
- Manage client relationships for long-term loyalty.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and policies
