E-Commerce Risk Analyst (June Intake)

• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written)

• Prior experience in KYC, Call Centre, or BPO (any one is sufficient)
• Strong written communication, documentation, and reporting skills
• Able to multitask, prioritize efficiently, and manage time well
• Willingness to work on public holidays when rostered

• Experience in Customer Service or Contact Centre operations
• Candidates with related experience may be considered for higher salary packages, subject to evaluation

Salary packages: Basic + KPI

• Perform manual verification on system-flagged high-risk transactions
• Analyze patterns for anomalies inconsistent with user history or normal behavior
• Communicate with users via email, chat, and voice support to explain account or transaction-related issues
• Guide users through verification procedures (e.g., identity or order validation)
• Deliver clear, compliant, and empathetic support while maintaining a professional service experience

• Contribute to internal training and accuracy optimization of risk detection systems
