Assistant Marketing Manager

Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Required skills: Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Market Research, Brand Management, Content Creation
- Proficient in online and offline marketing channels and paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Strong project management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent data analysis skills and market insight, with the ability to optimize strategies based on performance.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Malay (written & spoken).
- Experience in cosmetics, nutrition, health, or e-commerce industries is a plus.
- Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing strategies and plans to achieve sales and brand objectives.
- Manage and guide the marketing team, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and evaluating performance.
- Plan and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, paid advertising, KOL partnerships, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Manage the company’s brand image and communication, ensuring content and visuals align with brand guidelines.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to support business decision-making.
- Manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and operations teams to support product launches and market penetration plans.
- Oversee e-commerce marketing activities and performance on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
