- Working hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 6 working days per week
- Willing to work overtime / outstation when required
- Working location: Johor Bahru, Johor.

- Prepare monthly claims, including demarcation and verification of work completed with workers and site photos.
- Arrange mobilization and demobilization of tools and machinery for each site at the start and end of the project.
- Coordinate with site teams and suppliers in case of machinery breakdowns.
- Attend weekly meetings and provide updates to the client on work progress and planning to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure that all site activities and workers comply with NIOSH safety requirements.
- Conduct site inspections with clients and workers to ensure work meets quality standards and progress expectations.
- Ensure that there are no obstructions before commencing work on site.
