SPM/ Diploma in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification
- Able to communicate with Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin averagely

- Prior experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy is highly preferred
- Good communication skills and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a team and handle tasks responsibly
- Basic knowledge of medications and pharmacy operations (training provided if needed)
- Assist pharmacist in dispensing medications accurately
- Provide friendly and professional customer service at the counter
- Maintain inventory levels and stock shelves
- Handle cash register transactions and process payments
- Manage prescription records and ensure proper documentation
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the pharmacy
- Support the team in any other pharmacy-related tasks as needed
