SERVICE and OPERATION ASSISTANT MANAGER

Minimum 3–5 years experience in HVAC / Refrigeration / Service Operations
- Experience in handling maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (air-conditioning, chillers, refrigeration units)
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical guidance to technicians
- Familiar with preventive maintenance and service procedures
- Oversee daily HVAC service operations including maintenance, breakdown, installation, and commissioning
- Ensure all service jobs are completed within agreed timelines and service standards (SLA)
- Plan and manage job scheduling, technician deployment, and resource allocation
- Supervise, lead, and support service technicians and supervisors
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity
- Provide coaching, technical guidance, and on-the-job training
- Track service KPIs such as response time, job completion rate, and customer satisfaction
- Analyze performance data and implement corrective actions for improvement
- Ensure department targets are achieved consistently
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high service satisfaction
- Conduct follow-ups on service jobs and customer feedback
- Coordinate with sales and project teams for installation and project execution
- Ensure all works comply with technical standards and safety requirements
