Min possess SPM/Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.

Have at least 1 years of working experience in cashier.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Able to apply knowledge into daily work routines and tasks in a timely manner.
Basic administration skills.
Able in both spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (will be added advantage)
Operation in all tender payments (Cash, credit card, debit card, E-Wallet, etc.)
Ensure that all payments are received accurately, correctly.
Manage all transactions efficiently and honestly.
Maintain the cleanliness of the cashier's counter at all times.
Ensure sufficient cash (cash balance) for daily transactions.
Communicate with the Supervisor (Sr. Cashier) if cash in small denominations is insufficient.
Ensure every transaction of every item is scanned correctly and to the right customer.
Any cashier knowingly giving the Customer less than the actual amount of change is deemed to have committed a dishonest act and is liable to immediate action.
All sales transactions must be issued with a receipt of the actual sales amount.
Any excess cash must be handed over to the cashier’s supervisor or superior and the cashier must not withdraw or store excess cash. The transfer or storage of excess cash is considered an act of fraud, the cashier in charge will lead to dismissal.
Inform customers of the latest promotions and events.
Provide services to customers by:
Smile, Greet & Thank You (Smile, Greet & Thank You)
Always ready to receive current customers at the cashier counter and provide excellent customer service to each customer.
Answer every customer question politely and ethically.
Seek help from supervisors or superiors if unable to resolve customer issues.
