- Own overall P&L including revenue, margins, and marketing efficiency
- Report weekly performance and insights to CEO
- Plan and execute brand strategy, campaign calendar, pricing, and promotions
- Lead brand repositioning towards a holistic motherhood wellness focus
- Track market trends, competitors, and customer insights
- Define and manage product roadmap, with focus on supplements
- Lead end-to-end product launches from concept to market
- Coordinate with suppliers on sourcing, sampling, and production
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as NPRA
- Manage product costing and ensure margin targets are met
- Lead and manage brand-related functions including marketing, marketplace, and customer service
- Collaborate with Growth, Creative, Supply Chain, Finance, and Retail teams
- Run weekly alignment meetings and drive execution across teams
- 4–6 years of experience in brand, marketing, or commercial roles
- Background in FMCG, consumer health, baby, or wellness industries preferred
- Experience launching products from concept to market
- Strong commercial mindset with understanding of margins and growth drivers
- Able to manage multiple priorities across brand, product, and operations
- Open to adopting AI tools to improve workflows
