In our Product Family Cloud-Native Computing you will take over the role as a DevOps Engineer ServiceNow and will be part of building a future Service Catalog for Platform, Cloud, and Infrastructure in ServiceNow.

In the Cloud-Native Computing Product Family, we will enable the DevOps teams in Global Digitalization Services as well as in internal business to order and fulfill their infrastructure demands via a Service Catalog. You will work in a self-organized team with focus on ServiceNow development and consulting.

• Development, testing, operations and documentation of new functions, workflows, APIs, etc. on the ServiceNow Platform
• Technical feasibility assessment of business requirements for existing modules of the ServiceNow platform
• Contribution of software development know-how and development of software quality assurance measures
• Be part of a global DevOps team to provide solutions in ServiceNow for the internal business partners

• Technical education in the field of computer science
• Minimum of 3+ years of working experience with ServiceNow or ServiceNow Platform Certification in Service Now Fundamentals and/or ServiceNow Application Developer
• Software developer with high interest in development and implementation of automation, workflows and APIs
• Software developer with high interest in development and implementation of automation, workflows, and APIs
• Experience in JavaScript, Angular JS, REST/SOAP, XML, HTML/CSS
• Knowledge of 3-rd party integration and operation of applications
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Service Catalog and Service Portal modules is an advantage
• Knowledge of agile working methods and tools is an advantage
• Ability to build relationships and to collaborate with remote teams
• Able to join immediately. Local Malaysian candidate is prioritized.
