HR Payroll Specialist

- 2–3 years of payroll experience.
- Knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, or local payroll software).

- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliation).
- Good communication skills.

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Vietnam and Korea
- Monitor service delivery metrics and oversee third-party vendor performance for assigned processes
- Provide guidance and support on complex payroll-related queries from employees, business units, and HR partners
- Ensure high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and quality, while maintaining compliance with legal and company policies
- Participate in internal and external payroll and benefits audits
