We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates as the role requires dealing with and servicing Mandarin-speaking buyers/clients;
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or, related field;
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Promote and sell projects to potential buyers through various channels, including direct sales, event, online marketing, and collaboration with real estate agents;
- conduct property viewings, presentations, and sales negotiations;
- Prepare and manage sales contracts, agreements, and related documentation. Resolve client concern and issues in a timely and effective manner;
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sales concerns;
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales target.
