IT Project Manager

Bachelor's Degree with honours in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and implementing software projects.
- Proficient in both Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies.
- Strong capability in project tracking and performance monitoring.
- Certified in PMP / Scrum Master practices.
- Prior experience in the ITSM, ITAM, ITOM deployment is preferred.
- Lead and manage projects to ensure alignment with defined scope, objectives, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee multiple interdependent workstreams, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely reporting.
- Engage with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, changes, and risks. Understand business requirements, propose value-adding ideas, and maintain open communication with internal teams and external vendors.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and senior leadership, including the preparation of approval documentation for project initiatives.
- Oversee Change Management procedures and ensure thorough project documentation.
- Lead project teams through Site Acceptance Test (SAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Plan and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove team impediments, and coach teams on Agile best practices
