Junior Sales Executive

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role (experience in the creative industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Highly organized, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing client requirements.
- Passion for the creative industry and visual storytelling.
Support Business Development Director:
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospects, partners, and clients.
- Attend client meetings and presentations to support the Business Development Director.
- Assist drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other documentations as required.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients by acting as the main point of contact for queries, updates, and follow ups.
- Communicate new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration through out all channel.
- Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs by providing consultation and advice on our products and services. and ensure the timely delivery of projects.
- Follow up with potential leads and prospects, ensuring consistent communication and engagement.
Market Research & Lead Generation:
- Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities, target markets, and industry trends.
- Generate and qualify leads using online research, industry networks, and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that attract potential clients.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent the company and explore business prospects.
- Assist in managing the sales pipeline, tracking opportunities, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
- Prepare and send out quotations, proposals, and invoices to clients.
- Track and report sales performance, analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of business development activities.
Reporting & analytics:
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, client feedback, and sales performance.
- Provide insights into the success of ongoing projects and suggest areas for improvement.
- Assist in analyzing business trends to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
