Minimum SPM or higher qualification
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and possess good communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- No outdoor sales required.
- Prepare quotations based on sales requirements and ensure accuracy
- Issue Purchase Orders (PO) to manufacturers/suppliers and follow up on order processing
- Track delivery status and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Maintain proper records of quotations and orders
- Assist supervisor in daily operational and administrative tasks
