We are currently looking for a QMS Engineer for a leading player in the Electronics Manufacturing Industry for their expansion. This company has a legacy of more than 20 years in the world. This position requires your urgent attention.
- Based in Johor
- Reporting to: General Manager
- Work 5 days a week
- Establish and uphold Quality Management System (QMS) procedures in alignment with company policies and industry standards.
- Regularly review and update internal systems and procedures to ensure they meet external certification requirements, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and others.
- Monitor and refine QMS processes to guarantee compliance with quality standards and regulatory obligations.
- Identify quality system challenges and implement corrective and preventive measures to drive ongoing improvement.
- Assist in and coordinate process enhancement initiatives, working alongside cross-functional teams to boost quality and operational efficiency.
- Manage ISO certification programs, ensuring smooth audits and full adherence to industry standards.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
- Diploma or Degree in an engineering field.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 standards.
- Hands-on experience in quality analysis, problem resolution, project management, and customer audits.
- Strong ability to work autonomously, implement Quality Management Systems, and liaise with certification bodies.
- Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
