What You’ll Do- Assist in the planning and execution of full-funnel paid ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, XHS, and more.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign development.
- Monitor and report performance metrics
- Drive measurable results across CPL, ROAS, lead quality, and landing page conversions.
- Utilize Meta Pixel, UTM/GTM, and analytics software to track conversions, optimize funnels, and fuel decisions with data.
- Assist in the build and manage landing pages, setup automation flows, and implement email nurturing sequences using tools like GoHighLevel, GetResponse, or similar.
- Collaborate with internal teams on brainstorming sessions and content ideas
- Keep up to date with digital trends and propose new ideas to improve engagement
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to streamline ideation, copywriting, targeting, and reporting. (We’ll train you if you're new—but you must be AI-open!)
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field (or currently studying)
- Passionate about digital marketing, social media, and content creation
- Basic understanding of digital platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Chinese.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- You love social media, keep up with the latest trends, and genuinely enjoy the space.
