  • Preferably 1 to 2 years experience in banking / loan operations.
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel for tabulation of reports.(VLOOKUP, Pivot Table functions are an added advantage).
  • Good communication and written skills in English
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong team player.
  • Fast learner and able to handle multi-tasking
  • Support the process of posting, reconciling and reporting of Sales and Services Tax affecting loan financing products.
  • Support the team to perform maker functions on monetary and non-monetary system maintenances relating to loan operations.
  • Check and review reports (daily, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly and annually) and take timely action to escalate to relevant stakeholders accordingly.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and archiving of all data and documents.
  • Assist in clearing operational backlogs within defined timelines.
  • Support the operations team with additional administrative tasks as and when needed.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors
