POSITION - ACCOUNTS AND ADMIN EXECUTIVE
LOCATION - KLANG JAYA, KLANG
SALARY - RM 4000-5000
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Functions- Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing
- Prepare financial reports such as Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
- Manage and ensure compliance with e-Invoicing requirements (LHDN) including issuance, validation, and record keeping
- Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax agents, and bankers
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards
- Manage daily administrative operations and office documentation
- Maintain proper filing system for accounting and administrative records
- Handle correspondence, emails, and general office coordination
- HR-related tasks such as staff claims, leave tracking, and payroll coordination
- Monitor office supplies and liaise with vendors
