IT Technical Support Specialist

Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 1–3 years of working experience in IT support, preferably in automotive or retail environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, computer hardware, and networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP)
- Able to troubleshoot hardware such as desktops, printers,
- Good communication in English, Mandarin/ Cantonese and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to travel to multiple branches or service centers if needed
- Strong sense of responsibility, urgency, and customer support mindset
- Provide first-level technical support to office, warehouse, and workshop users (hardware, software, network)
- Support automotive workshop systems such as diagnostic tools, and service software
- Troubleshoot PCs, printers, network equipment,
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, scanners, and mobile devices
- Maintain and support IT goods inventory
- Manage and monitor server performance, backups, and security software
- Coordinate with external IT vendors or system providers
- Prepare job related report
