5 years experience in import/export logistics or shipping coordination

Good knowledge of Malaysia Customs processes and LMW operations
Hands-on experience & familiar with Malaysia Customs documentation: K1 (Import), K2 (Export), K9 (Local Delivery) and LMW procedures

Job Summary

Support end-to-end inbound and outbound shipment execution, ensuring on-time delivery and smooth logistics flow. Responsible for accurate and compliant Customs documentation under LMW/VAA requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and submit K1, K2, and K9 declarations accurately and on time
Coordinate daily shipments (inbound & outbound) with freight forwarders and brokers
Arrange bookings, pickups, and delivery schedules to meet customer deadlines
Prepare and verify shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, AWB, BOL)
Work closely with warehouse, customer service, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Track shipment status and resolve delays or issues proactively
Maintain proper documentation and ensure audit compliance
