Senior Warehouse Supervisor - Klang

• At least 5 years of proven experience in warehouse or distribution management.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing inventory operations.
• Background in food manufacturing or FMCG will be a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in SQL systems, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis.
• Solid knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, HALAL, GMP, and HACCP standards.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possesses own transport and can start immediately or on short notice.

1. Inventory Management

• Oversee and control stock levels of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through SQL systems, stock counts, and discrepancy investigations.

1. Receiving & Inspection

• Supervise incoming raw materials, packaging, and components.
• Work with QA/QC teams to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Update systems and generate accurate Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).

1. Material Issuance & Dispatch

• Ensure timely issuance of materials to production according to job orders.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO practices for quality assurance.
• Lead packing, documentation, and dispatch of finished goods.

1. Warehouse Operations

• Maintain effective racking, labelling, and space utilisation.
• Enforce safe handling of materials, equipment, and daily compliance with standards.

1. Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse staff including storekeepers and forklift operators.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct evaluations, and foster strong teamwork with production, fulfilment, and logistics.

1. Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain records for audits, Halal, GMP, HACCP, and food safety certifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety and warehouse regulations.
• Manage SQL documentation effectively.

1. Reporting & Audits

• Conduct monthly inventory and store condition checks.
• Prepare reports, highlight issues, and support internal and external audits.

1. Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to optimise warehouse processes.
• Support lean initiatives, cost savings, and productivity improvements.

• Oversee warehousing and distribution to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop and enforce SOPs, housekeeping, and legal compliance.
• Liaise with transporters and customer service teams.
• Monitor equipment, facility upkeep, and local licensing.
