Warehouse Supervisor

Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Familiar with warehouse procedures, stock control, and inventory systems.
- Able to operate Microsoft Excel, Word, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain proper stock control.
- Monitor warehouse staff performance and assign daily tasks.
- Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, production and admin teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are properly recorded and documented.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse procedures.
- Handle issues related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
- Prepare warehouse reports and update management on operational performance.
