At Talentify Media, you’ll get hands-on experience in campaign operations, from communicating with clients and creators to supporting campaign execution and making sure everything runs smoothly.

• Location 工作地点：IOI RIO, Bandar Puteri, Puchong (Not accessible by public transport)
• Duration 实习周期：3–6 months or above
• Working Hours 工作时间：Mon – Fri, 10am – 6pm 周一至周五
• Open to 面向对象：University / College Students 大学生或大专生

• Project Management 项目管理
• Assist in handling daily campaign operations

• Track project timelines to make sure campaigns run on schedule

• Help improve internal workflow and processes

• KOL / Creator Management
• Communicate and maintain good relationships with creators and influencers

• Follow up on content submissions, reminders, and feedback

• Help handle operational issues raised by creators

• Client & Vendor Coordination 客户与供应商协调
• Assist in communicating with clients and agencies

• Follow up on campaign requirements and execution

• Help coordinate with external vendors when needed

• Project Support 项目支持
• Help prepare campaign reports and basic documentation

• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution

• Provide additional support when needed

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Communications or related fields

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented, organized and responsible

• Able to work independently and also collaborate with the team

• Positive attitude and willing to learn

• Able to communicate in Mandarin as the role requires liaising with China clients

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
