Service Technician - Kajang

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Service Technician or fresh graduate are welcome

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
• Proficiency in English or Bahasa, both written and verbal, for clear communication with clients and colleagues.
• A commitment to safety and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to travel
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of medical equipment and devices
• Perform scheduled maintenance and preventive services on equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers, both in-person and over the phone
• Maintain detailed records of all service activities and parts used
• Collaborate with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements
• Ensure a safe work environment and adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations
