Batu Pahat - Systems Engineer

Education & Major:

• Diploma or above, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

Work Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer, preferably with a background in manufacturing.
• Familiar with the full lifecycle of system establishment, operation, and maintenance. Proven track record in system optimization is a plus.

Skills & Expertise:

• Proficient in international standards such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485.
• Able to use problem-solving tools like the 7 QC Tools, 8D reports, etc.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and data analysis software.

Language Skills:

• Fluent in both Mandarin and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); capable of using English as a working language for communication, documentation, and audits.
• Basic proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage

• Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of promoting cross-departmental collaboration.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong adaptability and stress resistance.

• Establish and optimize the company’s management systems (e.g., Quality Management System, Environmental Management System) based on international, national, and industry standards.
• Responsible for drafting, revising, and updating system documentation to ensure scientific accuracy and practical applicability.

• Monitor the daily operation of the management systems, inspect departmental compliance with system standards, and promptly correct any identified issues.
• Collect and analyze system operation data to support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Organize internal audits and assist in management reviews; track and ensure implementation of corrective actions for non-conformities.
• Lead the preparation and response for customer audits and third-party audits; address and respond to audit findings effectively.

• Conduct training on system-related topics to enhance employees' awareness and understanding.
• Communicate and collaborate with various departments to resolve system operation issues and promote cross-functional cooperation.
