- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Min 4 years of relevant accounting experience
- Knowledge of accounting standards & local tax regulations
- Experience with accounting software (e.g. SQL & Autocount )
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Accounting & Finance Operations
- Handle full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL)
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Prepare journal entries, accruals & prepayments
- Monitor cash flow and account balances
- Financial Reporting
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with accounting standards (e.g. MFRS / SFRS)
- Assist in year-end closing
- Support audit schedules and liaise with auditors
- Prepare supporting documents for tax computation
- Tax & Compliance
- Prepare or assist in:
- SST / GST filings
- Corporate income tax schedule
- Review & Supervision
- Review work prepared by junior accounts staff
- Guide and mentor junior team members
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of submissions
- Client / Internal Coordination
- Liaise with clients, banks, auditors, and tax agents
- Respond to accounting and reporting queries
- Coordinate with internal departments on finance matter
